“Don’t wish it were easier. Wish you were better.” --Jim Rohn

Welcome to the Hobbs/Herder School of Real Estate Management. Being able to finally put those words together means being able to share our passion for ongoing education in the real estate industry with that industry’s difference makers. It means filling a void in the industry using the culmination of years of experience of what it truly takes to be successful in this business.

Becoming a truly great real estate leader is not only an awesome responsibility, it is an opportunity -- an opportunity to help agents build successful businesses and help the industry as a whole move into the future. Until now, real estate management training has been mostly trial and error – or worse yet, trial by fire. You either came into the business with a management background or you didn’t, and either way the management direction in a real estate office usually comes from knowing which fires to put out first.

The waste of opportunity that most real estate leaders face is seen as a casualty of doing business. Until now, no one has come forward with a path for leaders to follow that is not trial and error, but rather tried and true. However, Hobbs/Herder has built a reputation of taking tried and true business practices and showing real estate professionals how to apply them to their own industry. And so the Hobbs/Herder School of Real Estate Management exists as an answer to the daily questions real estate leaders face.

The real estate industry is at a crossroads. Agents are deciding to stay or go, the market is fluctuating, and only serious agents and true leaders will survive. You stand at a crossroads now: Will you be the leader of tomorrow’s top producers or will you be too busy coddling failing agents and putting out fires?

Choosing an education at the Hobbs/Herder School of Real Estate Management means choosing the path of success in real estate. Emerging leaders who want to make a difference and seasoned brokers, owners and managers who need a plan for today’s business climate, we welcome you on this journey to successful leadership in real estate.

Thank you,
